Life Insurance & The Questions You Should Be Asking By Nestor Blumwald

Many people find life insurance to be a scary chore. When in reality, it's all about asking the right questions about your policy in fact, every second Canadian will not even bother to follow up with questions regarding their policy.

So what is it that I need to ask you might be asking?

First Question: How much coverage do you need?

Answer: this is really dependent on your current insurance coverage (if you have any) for example: if you are partially covered by your workplace, then you might want to consider applying for a policy regarding what you are not covered for.

Second Question: do I need whole life or term insurance?
Answerterm insurance is generally cheaper than whole life. As you might assume, term insurance covers only a certain term and is therefore usually cheaper. Whole life, on the other hand, will cover you for life.
